Pspsps (the "App") is developed and operated by Visibright Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). Pspsps plays cat sounds on iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.

Summary

• We do not collect personal data that directly identifies you, except when you voluntarily contact us via email.
• The App does not require an account and does not access your contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone.
• Purchase information is processed by Apple and associated with your Apple ID; we do not receive your payment card details.

Data We May Access or Process

The App is primarily offline and audio-playback focused. We designed it to minimize data collection:

• Contact Information: If you contact us via email at visibrightlabs@gmail.com, we will collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide support.
• Diagnostics and Analytics: We may use privacy-friendly diagnostics (e.g., Apple-provided crash reports) to understand app stability and performance. These reports may include device type, iOS version, and technical logs. You can control sharing of diagnostics with developers in iOS Settings.
• Purchase Status: We process non-personal purchase state to unlock features for active subscriptions or lifetime purchases. This uses Apple's StoreKit and App Store receipts. We do not see your Apple ID email or payment card details.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer a lifetime unlock for $24.99 and a weekly plan for $5.99. Prices may change at any time and can vary by region, currency, and Apple's tax handling. All payments and transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device. Any refund requests must be processed through Apple's App Store refund system, as we do not handle refunds directly.

Children's Privacy

Pspsps is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact visibrightlabs@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

Data Retention

We retain diagnostic data only as long as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the App, or as required by applicable law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited technical information with service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., crash analytics), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

• Manage purchases and subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
